Restricted Wayne County Court Records

Not every Wayne County court record is open. Some files are closed by statute, court rule, or court order. Juvenile delinquency and child-protection files carry tight limits. Note: A sealed or set-aside Wayne County court record drops from ordinary public searches, but courts and police keep limited access where state law allows.
